The concept of Splendid Sounds Records is to produce divine club music of tomorrow by bringing together underground sounds, ancient folklore and club elements. Hence, the two pilot projects of 2012 – Alek Sandar “Creature In Me” and Yozmit “Sound Of New Pussy” – are on the edge of avant-garde urban subculture and modern high-fashion. Music-wise, we combine Dub Step Elements with Electronic House Beats, ancient traditional Buddhist Chanting with abstract contemporary lyrics. On the visual level, the song’s video clips feature high-fashion designs next to phenomenal creations by underground designers and artists

Splendid Sounds Records is an independently operated international music company and forum to connect exceptional, creative minds in the arena of music and entertainment industry. Splendid Sounds Records maintains offices in Berlin, Germany and New York City, United States of America.

Splendid Sounds Records is home to selected exceptional singers, some of the most promising new talents in the global music business. Recording artists, such as former Eurovision Song Contestant Oscar Loya, multitalented composer and singer Alek Sandar, avant-garde performer Yozmit, Berlin-based Electropop duo Splendid Sounds, or DJ and Remixer ElectroBird are signed to Splendid Sounds Records.

Since it came into existence in late 2008, Splendid Sounds Records has been engaging in connecting artists from all over the world with each other. Collaborations of international impact with renowned music business professionals have been facilitated for. Listeners from all over the world can hear splendid sounds in songs by Cherrytree artists Frankmusik and Far East Movement, Bulgarian and Serbian megastar Reni, French Star Academy celebrity Jérémy Amelin or Andrea and Costi, two of the most influential singers and producers from the Balkans.
